With one brother already running "Caterri" a thriving catering service renowned across Delhi/NCR for its premium offerings at corporate events, private gatherings, and social occasions—the foundation was set for their next big step. Drawing on their combined expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and love for food innovation, the brothers launched Edric Foods Pvt. Ltd. as the parent company to drive multiple ventures under one umbrella.

Their first joint creation, "Shakexy", is a Gen-Z focused quick-service dessert brand that embodies creativity, fun, and innovation. Shakexy introduces exciting global dessert trends to India, offering Korean Bingsu, Popping Boba, Kunafa, golden waffle sticks dipped in chocolate, and instant real fruit ice creams. With its playful identity and bold flavors, Shakexy aims to become the go-to dessert destination for young, adventurous, and trend-conscious consumers.

Looking ahead, the brothers envision expanding Shakexy into multiple outlets across high-footfall destinations like malls and shopping complexes, making it a recognizable and beloved brand. Meanwhile, Caterri continues to deliver exceptional catering experiences, building trust and delighting clients with every event.
